Replacement player/reciever for Samsung Home Theater System
I need a replacement player/reciever/amplifier for Samsung Home Theater System HT-TWZ412.
Where can I find the part only? Not the whole system.

Have you tried contacting Samsung? I looked at a couple parts dealers, but didn't find much.

Thanks for the response. I have found that although Samsung has reasonably good products their customer service "sucks". They do not sell parts. According to the people at SamsungParts.com they are not owned by Samsung. They only handle parts that are consigned to them, and what I want is not on the list.

Unfortunately, it looks like you might be stuck to looking at eBay or other auction/private sales sites. Usually when I've run into this in the past, the client has been forced to purchase an entirely new unit.

Please note that if you do decide to purchase an entirely new unit, only use the old speakers if they have matching impedance with the new ones. I bring this up, as it's possible you have the speakers mounted and wires ran.

Thanks for the response. I think Samsung's policy is to force the customer to buy an entire system rather than just what they need. Their lousy service certainly attempts this.

I have run into a couple issues with their customer service. It was my understanding that they are taking strides to improve their customer service. So lately it's been hit-or-miss as it is with so many places. It wouldn't hurt to try again, or contact one of your local electronics stores to see if they have a contact for you. Sometimes they can escalate things for you or know the right people off the bat.
