    Are they moved out ?

    Have you called the pod company and asked if they have a pick up date on the pod.

    Hello 499:

    If the pod is preventing you from showing or renting your property, you may have a claim for an additional months rent. Even if it isn't, you may STILL have a claim.

    File a lawsuit in small claims court, and a judge'll tell you what rights you have. Small claims is quick, cheap and easy.
