Why do I cry al the time?
Im am 22 and used to be really happy and fun all the time, I have been with my boyfriend for 8 months now and whenever he's not around I cry. There are some issues in our realationship, but I feel so stupid whenever he's not around I feel totally lost and don't know what to do withmyself. We live together, we have separate rooms, but whenever he's not with me I get upset, I used be so independent and now I just cry and feel lonely. Also whenever I drink I cry my heart out. I love my boyfriend so much but don't feel as happy as I used too, I don't know what to do.
Also I don't feel like I have any friends anymore, I guess when I got into a relationship I drifted away, but the people that were my friends arnt my sort of people, they have a click and don't fit in with them.

This situation may have a lot to do with your emotional state right now..
Really,I think that getting some time away might help.
You have become lost in this relationship, you seem to have no sense of self, self worth or self esteem.
How were you before this relationship?
What were you like?
Sometimes we find ourselfves in relationships that are no good for us,there's no balance in our lives, and even though we have feelings for the person, its sometimes better to cut our losses and get back to the beginning..
I suggest therapy for you and time on your own,and perhaps reconsider this relationship and if it's the cause of your unhappiness.

You are becoming too dependent on your BF and in the process you have lost a little of yourself.
A healthy relationship is one where you work as partners to enhance each others lives ,not become each others life.
Stop drinking as it leads to depression. It is a quick fix for a long term problem and in the end causes more issues.Lay off the alcohol and get busy having a life.
Volunteer you time or do something positive and stop dwelling on feeling bad and get out and be active.
Sitting around is the easiest way to fall into a depression
Make some new friends if your old gang has moved on.
Here is a link to a cool site, check it out.
If your depression continues after you have made attempts to get busy, you may need to talk to a therapist.

Yes a relationship is a 50/50 thing, and you are still suppose to be a separate person sharing parts of your life. You are not to give up your friends and some of the activities you do.
Far too many couples, men and women, try to just "live for" the other person, then when there are problems they cannot either face some hard truths, or deal with them to move ahead and fix it.
