    What happens if we go back and for on a "she say he say "
    What happens if we go back an for on a "she said he said" what I mean is what would hapend if she files a false charge on me, and if I do the same to her. What procedures would happen.

    Please keep your questions about the same subject on the same thread. Maybe somebody will come along and move it.

    Like I said, if she comes on your property and you don't want here there, call the cops.

    In terms of your case. She DID file false charges against you. I told you before, and I'm going to tell you again. If all the prosecutor has is her statement with NO other corroborating evidence, you can't be convicted.

    If you ask it again, I ain't going to change my mind.
