    What is My First Step to Starting a Rental and Catering Hall?
    I don't have to money, building, equiptment to start this hall and would like information to begin.

    First step should be a business plan, and the second, know where you are going to get the money for start up. Do you actually know anything about meal prep, meal planning, nutrition ?

    Yes, what you're asking about would be that which would concern a business plan. So, I've moved your question out of Other Money & Services to this one.
