    Upstairs shower no hot water
    Hello-

I've recently been having trouble with my upstairs tub/shower. SOmetimes I'll turn it on and the hot water comes up fine. Other times it will stay cold even when turned all the way right (to "H" on the one knob control).

COuld it be that the knob needs to be replaced> I'm not sure when it was put in... but it does seem looser then usual?

ANy help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

Turn the water off and open up the valve. Check and clean the inlet ports on the cartridge. Before you reassemble turn the water back on to flush out the supplies. Or is this valve temperature controlled? Good luck, Tom
