    No hot water in bathrooms
I have no hot water in the bathrooms but the laundry room and kitchen has hot. There is plenty of water pressure in the bathrooms and after about 15 min I have almost warm.
The house has been vacant for about 6 months, it is a hud repo and I have only been in a week but am tired of cold showers

Hi, is there a chance that you might have a second water heater serving the bathrooms alone?

    Hi Newhome...

No hot water at the bathrooms.. Do you mean no hot water to tubs/showers and even the sinks have no hot water? Let me know as tub/shower valves have regulating/limiting devices that can be adjusted to increase temperature, but only if hot water is getting to the valve to begin with.

Otherwise, lif there really is no hot water getting to all the fixtures in the bathroom(s), look around at the source that heats your water... is there a recirculating pump anywhere near the heating source? If so, then the pump may also have a switch that you can turn on which may start the pump recirculating and fix this for you. The pump could also be dead and need to be replaced.

The pump could also be at or near the farthest point of the hot water piping system, so look near the farthest end where the hot water pipes are exposed... may find that pump there.

Let us know more on this one.. OK?
