    Probation violation
    K my boyfriend got arrested for failing a drug test . Po said it was a probation violation . What happens now? He is on prbation for 4yrs , is his probation going to be revoked or what can happen ? Can somebody help me please?

    Hello lu:

    There's no way to tell. They can make him do ALL of his sentence in jail, any part of it, or they can reinstate him on probation. If it was his FIRST failure, and he's got a pretty good record with the PO, then not much should happen. But, if he's just starting, and failed right away, it's going to be harder on him.
