    Why Do People Wear Black Armbands
    I saw a black singer on TV and he had on a very expensive grey suit that had a black band on his right sleeve, what does this stand for

    The black arm band is sometimes used when someone's dies,as a mark of respect or that someone is mourning.

    There could be other reasons also.
