What do you think is the best way to lose weight for someone who is lazy?
I am very lazy. I have no gym around and despise running outside. I tend to eat a lot when I'm bored and upset. I'm 5'1 and weigh 160 or 70 and 17 years old. I don't look too bad but clothes are decieving and I feel terrible. I was wondering if you knew the best way or had any tips to lose the weight fast?. thank you soooo much.

Cut sugars and fats from your diet.
The south beach diet is relatively easy as diets go and very effective.

    Hi, boricua11!

You could go for walks. Everyone needs some kind of physical exercise on a regular basis in order to remain healthy.

I agree with artlady about cutting the sugars and fats from a diet. It worked for me. I went from almost 250 pounds to my high school weight of 183 pounds by trying not to buy or eat anything that was over 4 grams of fat and also avoided eating sweets.

I also tried to be active with things that had to do with using my whole body. Bike riding, walks, etc. It didn't take going to a gym to work out to get enough exercise.

What sort of things do you like to eat and what sort of things make you upset, please?

There are plenty of people on this site who would be willing to work on coping strategies with you. You're not alone...

    Thanks!

    Hi again, boricua11!

Unless something is physically wrong with you, like diabetes or something else where it might be really hard to keep your weight down, eating the right foods, getting at least some regular exercise and being determined to get into a mind-set where you have a goal to lose weight is a matter of choice.

I did it several years ago...

If there is something physically wrong with you where it's not so much a matter of choice for you to lose weight easily, I would hope that you would share that with us.

    Thanks!
