    Hey Punkstar,
    It depends on what type of weight loss pill your thinking of taking and what possible interactions you have had. I'm no doctor but I've been on so many medications I know quite a bit about each of them. While I was on Risperdal I noticed I started gaining weight. To help prevent weight gain eat less fried food and fast food. Eat more lean protein and exercise regualrly I believe that if you compliment that with the GNC product Recreate it'll help you but contact your Pharmacist to make sure that you aren't having medication conflictions.
