    I have ordered to produce by the judge, what happens if I don't?
    Ordered to produce evidence by judge. What happens if I don't or haven't in the 10 days I was ordered to produce by?

    You can be held in contempt (because you will be in contempt) - what happens after that is at the discretion of the Judge. The case could also be dismissed or could go forward with a decision made without any evidence you could have provided.

    Depends on the type of action, the Court, the Judge.
