It's been a year and I'm still not pregnant.
Im 20 years old and so is my fiancé, before I get into my question I would like to point out that
    1. We both want a family.
    2. We love each other very much.
    3. We know how much money it costs to raise a child.
    4. Age shouldn't matter to have a child.
    5. We both have great educations.
    6. Both of our families like each other.
    7. We have been together for 3 1/2 years strong.

My question is: Its been a year and I am still not pregnant, is there a reason for this? We have sex usually on a regular basis. In October 2009 I did get pregnant but the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. I know that it might be a number of reasons... some my fault and some of his. I do smoke but not that much and I know people who take drugs and drink who still get pregnant. If maybe someone could tell me anything I would really appreciate it or maybe even tell me ways that will help induce my percentage of getting pregnant.

    Thank you.

First, it takes the average couple 1 to 2 years of actively trying before they conceive. In other words, I wouldn't worry yet.

Second, you obviously can conceive, you got pregnant. The fact that you pregnancy ended in miscarriage doesn't change the fact that you can conceive. Sadly a lot of first pregnancies end in miscarriage. Most couples don't even know they were pregnant.

Third, the miscarriage was not your fault. Don't blame yourself. It wasn't meant to be, that's it.

As for the percentage you asked for, that's a guess that no one can make.

Have you tracked your ovulation? Have to bought an ovulation kit?

I really wouldn't worry. Give it time. I know it's hard, but that's all you can do.

    Good luck.
