    Child Support in FL
    I have a child support case in FL against my ex-spouse, can an active warrant for non payment in FL be enforced in TX?

    The short answer is maybe. What is it you mean by enforced ? The reason Im asking is because Florida has jurisdiction so they are the ones that would have to extradite him to Florida if he were picked up on it. So they may be able to arrest him. But they may not hold him for restitution.
