    How to post a questio
Hello, my name is Sarah and my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. We also had a miscarriage last year (2009) at the end of February. Now my periods have been 32 days then 38 days, then 32 days, then 38, not last month I was suppose to start on day 32 but ended up being late and didn't start until 40 days. Now this month (December) I was suppose to start on day 38 which was December 31st. Now all that happen was I was spotting but it lasted at least 3 days or so, and I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Now for the last 2 weeks I have been getting sick in the morning and as of today I am still getting sick, feeling sick to my stomach, headaches, tired during the day, I don't know what's up. I have a dr. appt next Tuesday but not with my OBGYN, but I think I should make one to go see them. Please help me if you can, or give me advice, besides going to see the dr. Could you just give me your opinion

Take a pregnancy test using first morning urine. Your regular doctor can even take a blood test next Tuesday. Until then, get some prenatal vitamins and begin taking them. You should take prenatals even before you get pregnant.

You should be taking them anytime you are trying to conceive. They help prevent neural tube defects that happen even before you know you are pregnant.

I am 45, past childbearing years, and I STILL take them.
