    Single moen bath handle
It is a single moen (chateau?) tub/shower handle. You pull it out to turn it on and left/right for hot and cold. It just spins when you turn it left/right. I took it off and the plastic is broken inside. Do I need just a new handle? It doesn't leak.

    Hi Roosterboy...

I'm afraid that there is nothing you can do if the handle is broken from the underside... at least nothing in the long run.

You should be able to purchase a new handle locally OR, if you can use a pair of vice grips as a handle for now, call 1800BUYMOEN and they should send you a new handle at no charge to you (includes shipping). It takes about 10-12 business days, but these guys guarantee that faucet for a lifetime... ;)

If you use the vice grips I would recommend removing them after each shower.. don't need to add a hole in the tub to your list... ;)
