Intermittent problem with Hampton Bay remote
We have a Hampton Bay remote on our fan. It does work to control the light and fan... sometimes.

The problem is we have to push the buttons numerous times before the fixture responds. The LED on the remote does illuminate when the buttons are pressed.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how fix this problem?

    Thank you!

If the LED lights every time a button is pressed, its not an issue with the keyboard. I would try a different frequency, and also make sure the remote has a clear signal path to the antenna.
