    I am renting a workshop someone drove into the front wall and it is badly damaged and
    I am renting a workshop someone drove into the front wall and it is badly damaged and when it rains the place is under water
    I told the owner that I will not pay the rent until this is fixed can he lock my place up or through me out?

    Thieves often do that to steal tools and equipment, especially in industrial areas.
