Help getting my ssn/card and birth certificate
I have no proof of who I am besides my high school ID card, my mother is withholding/lost my ssn/card and birth certificates and I don't have any other family to get them for me. How can I get them?

You should be able to call/write to SS and to the registrar in the county where you were born to get them.

I've called the county registrar and they want me to at least get a notarized signature and I need ID. Or my mother to be present with ID. But that's not going to happen with her.

How old are you? If you're a minor, then your mother will have to get them.

Then you should be able to go to the social security office and get a temporary copy of your SSN. They'll print it out for you. It expires in 10 days, but during that time you can use it to get an ID so you can get a permanent card.
As for your birth certificate; you should be able to just request one from the county you were born in. they may charge you. Another temporary copy of your SSN should be enough ID, if they ask for any.

You may need to do things the other way around. Just contact the social security office and the county clerk, or other records keeper, where you were born to find out what ID you need to acquire each document.
