Hello my name is Hayden and I am 17 yr. old girl that came to the United States when I was 10 months. I was raised here all my life. Unfortunately, I am losing hope. In the year of 2008 I left to Colombia for personal reasons. I tried to cross illegally back to the US, but I didn't succeed. I got deported 3 times. Now I am going to school but I am still here illegally. My stepfather says I'm never going to become anything. Approximately, 3 yrs. Ago, my brothers and sister's got tooken away to foster care, now we are back with our family. I need an answer because soon am going to turn 18 and I don't want to keep on doing illegal stuff. So please let me know what I can do in my case. Thank-you.

Are you now in US?
Where is your mother and father? If they are is in US, what are their legal status?

You mentioned stepfather, what is his legal status? Are they legally married? If yes, for how long?

Why your brothers and sisters had to be in foster home? What was the situation?
