Do they erase your criminal record for your whole eightteenth year
If I stole something at18 years of age and was not charged for it but instead went through a program and did community service for it. Is there a criminal record and how long do the athuorities have to lay charges?

First if you were not charged then there is no record
But how did you do community service if there were no charges,

Were you arrested, did you work some deal out to do community service to have charges droped

But noting is erased after you are 18, at 18 you are a adult and you are no longer a minor
