    Celexa while pregnant
    My doctor started me on Celexa today for depression she wants me to wait 2 weeks before starting them so that I am right at 12 weeks. She said it is safe and I trust her. I just wanted to get some other people opinions and input from anyone that has been on it.. Thanks guys.

    Been on it, still on it, was on it during my second pregnancy.

    It is safe, trust your doctor. Tests have been done that show that taking Celexa during pregnancy does not harm the baby.

    My daughter is now 7 years old, the picture of health. :)

    Thank you... She said I could start taking it earlier if I need to so I think I am going to start this week. Ill be 10 weeks. Thanks again.

    I was on it during my 4th pregnancy, still on it. My so is almost 8 and perfectly healthy. It is one of the few antidepressants that is approved in pregnancy.

I have been on 20mg of Celexa for like 5 months now and was doing great... until the weight gain started!! 20 pounds in 3 months! Has anyone else had this problem? I had all my blood work done last week and it is all perfect! :confused:
