    Property dispute among two brother in that property
    There is a dispute of a property among two brothers . This said property has an agreement between these two brothers . But since it got the agreement no one had a look on this said property . This property was all broken with no walls . That second brother went a bit far away from this said property and the first brother invested 50 lacks on this said property . Made two wings which comense 3 rooms 4 bathrooms and one big kitchen and a hall in each wing.after when it got completed the second brother start taking interest in that said property. And after a long time the first brother came to know that this second brother already took loan against this property of 40 lakhs witout informing his brother. Then also the first brother paid up the some amount of this loan rest being paid by second brother. Then the first brother was being continued living on this property since it was 15 years. Now the second brother is again taking loan on the same property. Which is illegal by law.
