    The problem seems to be that your battery on your mother board is going bad.
    No big deal, it's a small battery (used to be what was in watches and things)
    Just ask someone to help you open your computer up and switch out that little battery.
    I suggest someone with a little background information on computers so you don't break anything.

    does it always change by a specific number ? Eg: shifts time by +/- 30 minutes or 1 Hr etc.. Else if its shifting at random, then its confirmed as CMOS battery issue.
