    Online Divorce
I'm obtaining an uncontested, simple divorce, no mutual children, no property to divide. I'm looking to save money. Has anyone used any of these on line divorce document preparation services?I know you still have to file the documents yourself, but having them prepared would be a big help. I'm thinking about using either Legal Zoom or Complete Case. I also called WE THE PEOPLE to find out about their fees, but they never got back to me. Any feedback on these services would be greatly appreciated.

Chances are, what they (the handlers of your divorce running these online companies) seek in profit will be equal to or greater than the fees in an uncontested divorce handled by a lawyer, face to face. Is there any chance for an annulment?

These on line divorce document prep services charge about $250. The least expensive lawyer I found wants to charge me $1000. As far as an annulment, not a chance. We've been married for 17 years!! :o

Wow, my last divorce was only 300 for the attorney to do all the paperwork and file it for us.

But Legal Zoon gets a lot of good references. But you can if there is no division of property issues, child custody and the such, go to the court house, look though records, find a case similar to yours and just do it with your names in the places.

Also check to see if you have paralegal services in your area, many states have paralegals, I see used to see bill boards in GA all the time for divorce for 100 or 200 dollars.
