I work for a big retail store(outlet) for 3 years.we have a room there that it is my supervisor room and they usually keep all the defective stuff and also all the staff hide the items that they planned to buy latter(it is a mess there).all the staff keep their personal belongig there too.The day that I was arrested the security told me that they put a hidden camera there and they cought me hiding something unther my jacket and left.I told them I took my personal items and the reason that I hide it was I did not want to go all the way to security room to show it to them.after police came they ask me if they can search my car and ask me what I have in my trunk and I said I have too many stuff I can't remember and most of them I bought from the same store that I work but I might not remember all of them.I told them all I had except a digital fram worth 50$ that I bought while ago for my girlfriend's mom as a crismas gift and two DVD that one of them was even used.The price tag was still on the digital fram and one of the DVD as a reason of that the police officer arrest me with the charge of theft under and possession and I have to go to court.Unfortunetly I have found 1500$ valid reciepe from the same store except the didgital frame as I think I paid cash.I am a successful student almost gratuated, with no criminal record.I was one of the best sales person in that store and I got giftcard one time as appriciation.I have volentry experiences in fire department .I don't want my future ruin for a mistake .I am student but I rather to have a representative and a lawyer to proof my inesent.Please any body out there that have experience dealing with a similar case contact me or response before it is too late.

If it gets that far the store will show the video and tell its side and you will tell your side and the Court will decide.
