    We can only answer questions, we don't have the resources to find out if the car you had an accident with has insurance.

    This is something you have to deal with.

    Was it a hit and run? If not, you should have asked for the info at the scene of the accident, that info would include insurance information. Just call the insurance provider.

    If you didn't get the info or it was a hit and run, call your insurance company, they'll deal with it. That's why you pay them.
