    violation of probation in pinellas county tested positive 3 times
    I tested positive for marijuana 2 times in a row and then the third test showed alcohol currently I am doing community service to pay off a fine
    What is going to happen to me when I go to see the judge?

    Hello tommy:

    There's no way to tell. A lot depends on what you're on probation for in the first place... But, it looks like they gave you a couple breaks already... I don't know, dude. You KNEW you were going to be tested again. What's up with that?

    You can be made to serve your ENTIRE underlying sentence, or any part. I'd sure hate to be going in front of a judge in FLORIDA with a pot charge... It'll help if you have a lawyer there.

    I am under probation for dui 2 and violated when I could not pay the fine so I am doing community service now and the first time I peed dirty was for pot, now I have to pee 2 times this mont and the first one will probably be dirty for pot and the one I am going to on Tuesday will probably show alcohol.

    Yep, if they let you go for not paying fine for community serivce, then ignored two failed test.

    I would say that I would pack my soap on the rope when I go to court, my guess is that they will give you at least some jail time to get your attention, ** since obviously they have not gotten it yet.
