What do I need to go out of state while on probation'

Hi, Joseee1!
Generally, what you'll need is documentation from the Court granting you permission to leave the State for a specific reason or reasons.
Your probation officer and/or attorney would know more about the specifics concerning that.
Thanks!

Oh and another thing.
Who will I have to show that document to if I do go out of state?

Yes, consider it a permit of sorts, so if you are stopped or questioned you have proof.. Also this way the probation officer can't "forget" about it

OH! And one last thing.
Would I need that if I'm just going out of the county?

County ? Your local area, not the country like to mexico or something?
But no unless the rules of your probation was not to leave the county, normally it is merely not to leave the state or a certain mile distance

County. Like from San Diego County to San Jose County.
Is because I was going to go to San Jose then San Francisco and then Texas. But I don't think I'm going to be able to go to Texas so now I'm just wondering if I'm able to leave the County without a Voucher.

Hi again, Joseee1!
What would be the reason that you would need to leave where you're at and go to another jurisdiction, please?
If it's for other then work related reasons, there might be some issues.
Thanks!

I'm going for the holidays. But I'm not on formal probation, I'm on truancy probation because of school. My P.O gave me permition already but she didn't tell me nothing about no Travel Voucher. Now my only question is if I can leave the county without one. Is it only necessary for for going out of the state or what?

To make sure you don't have a problem, ask your PO. Anything else is guessing from the limited info you have provided.
