    89 crx power but won't crank
    I have power to the car but the starter won't crank. It will jump start and keep running. Any ideas

    Remove and fully charge or replace the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free. Definitely sounds like the battery is bad.

I have a 98 honda civic, all was fine. Next minute the car won't crank, no dash lights, no power to any accessories. Replaced battery and cables. Is this symptoms of a failed ignition switch.
