    This site has a downloadable owner's manual that will answer your question on how to tune channel on your Panasonic.

    I have a Panasonic LCD and I had to do a channel scan to set the channels when I first got the set. You may have to do the rescan on your set. Just follow the instructions on how to set up the channels in the manual.
