    Hello t:

    I depends MORE on what you were convicted of to cause your discharge. If the charge would be considered a misdemeanor, then you have a shot. But, not if it was a felony...

    In either case, if it involved a crime of moral turpitude (stealing), then it's not going to happen no matter what.
