I am trying to get my probation transferred from Ca. to Wi. My husband and son live there and I have a job waiting for me there. How would I get in contact with the probation dept. in Dunn County Wisconsin? I can't seen to find there e-mail address or phone #. Can you please help me to acquire that info? Thank You S.L.Julin

Call the phone number listed for the Sheriff's department and ask to speak to the probation department.

Well first you don't contact personally the location you are going to.

You get with your current PO where you are on probation, there you will fill out a application for a transfer, first your current state has to approve it, then it goes to the state where you want to move to.

Depending on the states and other issues, it can take several weeks to several months.

At times they will want certain programs completed first.

*** is there a reason, if your family lives there, it was not arranged at the sentencing to have to sent there to start with
