    Well mclaine bolier
    I have well mc lain boiler, and I need parts but the service technician said the mc lain company,does not make thos parts no longer, the boiler was building in 1989.model #PEG-40-S-PI SERIAL # 2 ,and the parts are,gas valve t-23581,bulb.sensor a-61720,relit control a-61690,and Lwco a-30840,please tell me,if I can't get thos parts. Tank you

    While this boiler might be discontinued that has no bearing on the parts. All the parts should be available and I am amazed that all those parts failed all at once. Here is a copy of your manual including all the part numbers for your boiler and a few others.

    A note; Most of the parts you are talking about here are not made by Weil-McLain to start with so items like the gas valve, relight control, and the low water cutoff should be available in any supply house. You can get the originals OR the new version in fact if you get the manufacturers name and excct model/part number I can probably locate some of them for you with no problem.

    It seems like someone just wants to sell you a new boiler and that is why they said the parts are not available.

Asbestos in bolier? [ 1 Answers ]

I am trying to get rid of our old boiler that was replaced that is unfortunately still sitting in our basement. I'm not sure if it has asbestos in it. It is a GM Delco-Heat boiler. Please help.
