    Inheriting property from abroad tax implications
    I am a us citizen and my mother has passed. She left me a home in mexico worth betweek 300 and 500k. I plan on selling it and want to bring the money to my american account and invest it.

    My question is what tax implications do I have in the US for a foreign inheritance? I know I have to file form 3520 but am unsure If I have to pay any taxes in the USA.
