    Diet for knee pain
    I have knee pain for 7 years .in beginning I used glucusamine and chond. Tablets say arthocare. When this was closed I used cartilage tablets that was not fine. What should I do to fit my knee.

    I'd suggest physical therapy. Diet can only do a limited amount.

    Try chia seeds or it's cousin Salba seeds. Both Chia and Salba supports joint function and mobility. Since I've been taking 2 tablespoons per day of either Salba or Chia seeds my knees and ankle don't bother me and have actually been healing up. My ankle was badly sprained May, 2008 and is almost healed. My lower back pain also had diminished quite a lot.

    Chia and salba look almost identical and taste almost identical as well. Chia is the less expensive of the two and readily available for sale on the net.
