    My blower blows to long until it blows cold I drop two degrees per cycle while blowing cold.I have a adjustment for the f/s what do I do

During the winter our heating unit pilot light would seem to go out all the time. Now it's summer and you can hear the motor trying to run but the squirel cage won't spin. Also it looks like a pipe at the bottom looks frosty. I've a Presidential III Coleman 7900 Series unit
