Passingbloodanalpain
Lower right side pain before bowel movement, lower back pain, almost always pass blood when bowels move. What is going on?

You need to see a Physician - this could be anything from an infection to something really serious.
I don't think anyone here can diagnose you based on symptoms.
Blood in your bowel movements, of course, is always serious.
