    Late deposites into my 401k
    My employer isn't sending my deposits to my 401k on time. Sometimes he holds them for 2 or 3 months. Can he do this?

    What are the rules of deposit you have in the rules of the 401K, sending it in once a month is more common.

    Have you asked them why they are doing this
