The string on the back of my penis is swollen. A few weeks ago, it started as what looks like a cut from intensive masturbation. I didn't pay much attention to it, as it didn't hurt really.

Now the string has become pretty big, and looks like it is almost divied in 2. If its erect, it burns and hurts a little and grows even more in size, but does not hurt when I start and the penis haven't gotten erect yet. If I don't masturbate for a few days, white stuff starts to form on the string.

This white stuff, is it just the wound that is healing? I know its not from bad hygene (dont know the english word for that nasty stuff) Will the string go back to normal size if if I just let it rest for a few weeks and don't masturbate? :confused:

Forgot to mention, I'm uncut and it's the part of the string that's on the back side of the head

You really need to see a doctor. This sounds like an infection to me but that's just a guess.

This is one of the worst places to get an infection, so take Altenwegs advice and go to the Dr.

Because that area is so often damp from sweating and so close to your anus, and shorts get dirty from urine also you don't want to take any chances, it could even go to the inside of your penis and into the testicles which can be a very bad problem. So go see a Dr.
