I left thought easily find another, did not. Girl met another and no longer interested.

Suffering value reversal for someone I did not want and can't forgive her for what she has done... So much negative feelings of betrayal and loss of value... total value reversal.

I was in the wrong, but cannot handle these feelings...

Want to turn things back and undo what I have done but can't or at least want to talk to her, because my feelings are so strong and my heart cannot accept it meant nothing and she is with another... even thought at the time I thought I could easily replace her and did not want her, or think I would be bothered, her with another..!

She's moved on, it's too late.

She's gone to no contact and put you in the past, which is what people do when the relationship is over.

She's with someone else. You may not want to accept it but you have no choice. You can't force someone to want you back.

You need to stop thinking that you can win her back. I know it's hard, but this is the way it is. Try getting involved in some activities, maybe working out, joining a team, something to help you get over this.

The only thing you can do is keep running your head into a brick wall, and knock yourself silly.

Its funny how those strong feeling you had didn't make you stay where you were, and only after your grand plan to boot the poor girl, and get another, didn't work, do you want to run back to safety like a scalded dog. You didn't care then, you don't care now, you just want someone for your own needs, to help you hide the fact you are selfish, and needy, for something to make you feel good. Sorry, but that's the breaks when you throw away the bird you have, for the two you think are in the bush.

Come on, yet another thread looking for the same thing as before, and you really think the advice will change?

Go back, and read ALL your other posts, and if you want, they can all be merged for you. How's that?

Accept what you did, and move on, or have some good insurance, because it would be a lot easier knocking down that brick wall with your hard head, than getting her back.

That's my advice.
