    Cl 200 220 volts?
Does the CL 200 mean it's a 200 amp service? I can't see the numbers but I'm sure its 2-2-2 alu... the jacket is 1 inch wide 5/8 or so thick... what amp panel can I put in with that.. I have 100 amp service now.. I won't use more elect I just want a bigger box with 30 spaces for more room to work... ect thank you

The CL200 I believe you see on the utility meter, and is a rating or Class for that meter and is irellevant to the size service you have.

The cable with #2 aluminum wire is very relevant, means you only have 100 Amp service.

You can change the panel to a larger one with more circuits, this will require the power being completely shut off to allow the work to be done. If the main breaker is in the panel, and the only way to de-energize the main will be to pull out the meter, you will need to contact the utility to see if you are allowed to pull your own meter, which I doubt.

An easier method will be to add panel, either next to the main panel, or anywhere you need it in the home. If the main panel is full of circuits, the two circuits in that panel will need to be moved to the new panel, to make room for a two pole breaker to feed the new panel.

Or check your existing panel to see if it has tandem, or half size breakers made for your brand. These breakers allow two circuits in one full size breaker slot.
