    I just got deported what do I do
    I just signed the pappers to get volentarly deported cause I didn't want to take the chance of getting rejected from the judge and him tell me that I had to leave the country for years I was told that I would be able to return if I signed the pappers.. is that true. And can my wife bring me back asap. And how long does that take cause I have 2 kids and I want to come back to my home..

    Did you overstay the visa or enter US without inspection?

    Since you have signed the paper... it would be wise to leave and have your US citizen wife file spouse visa for you. Consult experienced immigration attorney.
