    Outlook express pop3 log
    I am running windows xp and outlook express.Ikeep receiving a message in my inbox from the Quota Manager telling me I have used up my mailbox disc quota and need to delete old messages from my mailbox.
    How do I go about doing this

    You probably have set your Outlook to archive any received messages. That means every time you delete a message in outlook it is stored in your email account. Try logging into your online account and deleting the archives.

    Post back with outlook version, and where you get your mail and I will tell you exactly how, and how to prevent it in the future.
