Showers are caulked and grouted. A handyman service could do this or a tiling installer.

Ceramic Tile installion. Tell us what your shower is made from, a ceramic tiled shower has almost no caulking and nearly all grouting.

It's like plastic of fiber glas or whatever, the caulking was bad around the seams so I took it out to redo it but it always keeps melting

Melting means it is wet. Dry it well. Don't use that shower for couple of days before caulking and 3 days after. Use hair dryer to dry it out before you caulk. Use Latex based caulk, cove it with your finger. Don't over-apply. We always clean the area to be caulked with denaturated alcohol.

Scrap out the old caulk with a plastic putty knife. Buy and install Daps Kwik Seal Plus Dap's Kwik Seal Plus - Google Product Search One big mistake people make all the time is not reading how long it takes for silicone or acrylic to fully cure.
