    Strange 90's cartoon.
    I'm looking for the title of an odd early 90's cartoon I used to watch. I think it was produced by a french company, maybe Canal.

    From what I can remember the two main characters were male and female, blue in skin colour I believe and moved around on floating surf boards. I remember the setting to be quite icy.

    The main bad guy was all in black (and red maybe) and he had a helmet because when he spoke there were no facial expressions just the grill around his mouth light up, he also seemed to move around large chess pieces, as if he was creating a strategy.

    That's about all I can remember and it has been bugging me for ages!

    You never said if it were drawn animation or computer CGI. If CGI, then I would suggest Reboot or War Planets.
