    What Court? Small Claims would be my guess but people have posted in the wrong forum before. What type of case? What grounds?

    Again - it depends on the Court and the reason OP is requesting the dismissal.

    There are many, many versions of the "California" motion: Dismiss Motions - Local Rules & Civil Procedure - Latest updates!
