    How can I get my parents rights revoked
    I am a 15 year old girl I will be 16 in 2 weeks who has a bit of a pass but now I'm trying to do the right thing I don't really know what I can do about getting my mothers right taking away she has told dss that she does not want me or anything to do with me but she is trying to get me put in a placement I am involved with dss and they are telling me that there is nothing that they can do as far as taking her rights away because she is trying to get me put in a placement but she want let me stay with family that wants me what are my rights what can I do to prevent me going into a placement??

    If your mom wants nothing to do with you, she needs to act on it. I'm not sure what you can do aside from call the cops and get potentially put somewhere you would rather not be... But I do not see how you can choose where you go when your mom doesn't want you,
