Put a sweater on her and take her for a walk - she has to get over it...
Of course you will have to adjust her diet and find some kind of playing she can do inside.
There are not many options here - she needs more exercise and less food if she's not going to get fat.

She has a coat, but when I put it on her and go for walks she'll sit on the road and won't move till I pick her up and take her back home.(I feel bad for doing that but she'll stay there for a very very long time). And what kind of diet should I give her,I never had her long so I am a little clue-less.I love her to death and I don't want her to suffer.I really don't know what to do so please help me!!
By the way I am Tammara
Thank-you

I have had more trouble with my 3 1/2 month old Holly moving on leash than I remember with any of my other puppies. What I have found works is to start next to her and run in baby steps while calling ''Go, go, go!'' in an excited voice.
What have you been feeding her? If she has been eating a dog chow, stick to it, or perhaps a diet version of it. Just keep feeding a little less until you see she is losing weight. It is an undeniable fact that most dogs are eating an ordinary dog chow and doing just fine. I certainly see evidence of it in the thousands of hard working dogs I know of in the dog guide program I volunteer for. Don't let anybody make you think your dog would be better off on some expensive food. I admit some of what goes into commercial dog chow is unappetizing. However, how healthy the dogs are eating it, is more important than emotional appeals about what goes in to it. Very few veterinarians feel there is anything wrong regular dog chow.
