    Movie made in the 90's can't find it. Can someone help?
    Movie about ghosts. Guy has ghost friends he scams people by having his ghost friends haunt houses and he gets them out of the houses. There is also a serial killer who marks his victims with a number carved in the forehead. Man fights the grim reaper in a graveyard. I don't rmember if any stars are in this movie but in the ending credits, "Dont Fear The Reaper" by blue oyster cult is played on the ending credits.
